About the Event
Lisa Hansford has designed a 1 hour guided group meditation to encourage feeling grounded, establish trust for the present moment, and envision your north star (dreams and motivations). Participants lay down on their yoga mats comfortably, and Lisa will explain the current astrology and energies the collective group may be experiencing at this time.
