Human movement is a complex and highly coordinated interaction between bones, muscles, ligaments, and joints within the musculoskeletal system. Exercise can be used as a pathway to improving overall physical and mental health and well-being.
Our kinesiologist is focused on you; they will listen to your concerns, goals, and objectives, review your health history, and conduct a functional movement assessment. Using that information, a custom exercise program will be developed to meet your needs. Throughout your fitness journey, our kinesiologist will provide you with ongoing one-on-one training and coaching.
